My strengths lie in extensive managerial experience and broad technical expertise, both in hardware implementation and software development. I joined Hildibrand to implement digital solutions that enhance competitiveness and reduce operational costs. My first priority was to introduce the iPOS system for all food services and install BOOMUR in all kitchens. Subsequently, we created electronic menus with QR codes, allowing guests to order and pay independently. We also launched Google ad campaigns for the hotels, successfully increasing the booking rate to a satisfactory level. The importance of automating both accommodation booking and food service is that human resources can be utilized in more valuable tasks, significantly improving quality and efficiency.
