PHOENIX 4.0 is a European Union-funded initiative designed to support the sustainable transformation of tourism SMEs across Europe. By focusing on resilience, digital innovation, and responsible tourism, the project offers targeted training, practical tools, and a collaborative platform for professionals in the sector. The “Train the Trainers” programme, launched in June 2025, prepares over 50 experts to deliver key knowledge and best practices to SMEs—helping them adapt to environmental, social, and economic challenges while building a stronger, more inclusive tourism ecosystem.
