One of the main challenges I have encountered is the gap between the use and the conscious understanding of artificial intelligence in tourism. Many users rely on AI-powered platforms (such as Booking.com or ChatGPT) without realizing it, leading to low trust and limited digital literacy. Addressing this challenge is crucial for building more resilient, personalized, and sustainable tourism experiences.
