Qamile Gishti

 Ms.Gishti is the Program Manger at Regional Development Agency Berat, (RDAB), since 2000. She develops the strategic planning through work activities, fund-raising plan, public relation plans and provide leadership for the RDAB in Albania. She has over 15 years of Professional experience in management, coordination and consultancy in positions including Program Manager, Project-Coordinator, Trainer, Curriculum Developer, Consultant and Researcher in the areas of Business, VET, Tourism sector, Green Economy. Ms. Gishti, holds an MSc Degree in Textile Engineering, in UT of Albania. She holds a MBT in Stuttgart University Germany, and MBA by NCEE in Eastern Europe, (Buchurest, Lviv, Lithuany, Minsk). Ms Gishti, has a huge experience as expert& subcontractor in implementing different kind of international projects in Albania under the supervision of GIZ, USAID, UNDP, UNICEFF, IOM, Swiss Agency etc. As you see, Ms Gishti is working for RDA Berat, since 2000, and her main motivation is because she is strongly connected with business sector. This sector is the the engine of economy fo a country. Especially, her birth town Berat, has the tourism sector as the main sector which bring almost about 80% of the incomes.
