Challenge from Practice

Many destinations lack tools to manage visitor flow dynamically, leading to overcrowding at key sites while others remain underutilized. We are addressing this with AI-generated itineraries that adjust based on mobility, weather, and time availability – a challenge we’d love to co-develop further within the Alliance.
